Certificates valid for New York & New Jersey education requirements (including PWC) will be issued upon successful course completion

Become a Skilled Boater: Sail, Power, Paddle, Jet Ski

  • Boat types and terminology
  • General boat handling, all types of watercraft
  • Emergency procedures and adverse conditions
  • Ropes, cleats, knots all made easy
  • Rules of the Road (NYS & Federal)
  • Marine Radio usage
  • PWC (jet ski)

TIME:

8:00 am – 6:00 pm
One-day, 8 hour course (lunch provided)

COST:

$60 (cash only)
Open to the public ages 13 years and over
(13 to 16 y/o must be accompanied by parent or guardian for the day)
