Fall General Membership Meeting: September 30, 2020, 7:30 pm. Elections of officers and the Board of Directors. Reports on the condition of the club. Location: TBD (We would like to have this in person if possible. Otherwise, it will be by Zoom.)

Racing

JAM Race – Sunday, August 23, 4pm No windward–leeward courses and no spinnakers. TGIF Sunset Series – Friday, August 28, 7pm Entry is required, no fee. 7:00pm start. Jib and Main only. Short course around the buoys and back to the club for dinner and celebration. https://www.cityislandyc.org/sailing/tgifsunsetseries/

It is imperative that you sign your chit at the restaurant before you leave. This is your way of making sure your bill is correct. Otherwise, we have no way to correct an inadvertent mistake.

Launch

24 Hour Launch Service: Fridays and Saturdays.

Weekday Launch Service: Sunday – Thursday 8am-12am.

Remember to wear your mask on the dock and on the launch.

Log-In When You Come to CIYC

• To continue keeping everyone safe, we ask that you log in with your name and a phone number when you come onto the site.
• The logbook on the West Porch is for the purpose of contact tracing if someone (God forbid) should fall ill. Your compliance will help us contact you should that become necessary.

Masks

• Please wear your mask at all times while on the CIYC site, except when you are eating, drinking or smoking. Children under 2 and those who cannot tolerate a mask due to health conditions are exempt.
