Steward Search
Beginning on March 7, 2021, the Steward Search Committee, consisting of Commodore Ira Bigeleisen, Vice Commodore Frank Palmieri, and House Chairwoman Linda Kyriakos, did an intensive search for a new Steward, resulting in five exceptional candidates. The process involved numerous interviews. The unanimous decision of the Committee was the team of Robin and David Katz.
David is a graduate of Johnson and Wales U., College of Culinary Arts, one of the premier programs for training chefs in the country. Robin brings an extensive business background to the team.
They both understand club life, having started at Pelham Country Club. Now they run the very successful Depot Dave’s Catering in Pelham. Please go to their website to see the extensive range of weekly and holiday specials they offer: https://www.facebook.com/depotdavecatering/
We are confident that they will bring a high level of food and service to our members and be a great resource for both club and private parties. If you wish to book a party, please contact Dave at (914) 755-4178 or .
