2000 hours: Dinner and Dancing

Chef’s Carving Station: Herb crusted Prime Rib of beef with Dijon horseradish sauce
From the Sea Station: Filet of sole stuffed with crab meat, grilled octopus, shrimp, calamari salad, calamari
