| Cruising and Raft-Ups |

One of the many benefits of City Island Yacht Club is its location; at the entrance to Long Island Sound.
Whether you're out for a day sail or a week vacation, CIYC is the ultimate in starting points.
Just a short sail away are some wonderful destinations, including Little Neck Bay, Manhasset Bay and New Rochelle. Just a
little farther are day trips to the beaches of Captain's Island and the July 4th fireworks in Hempstead Harbor. Overnight
destinations include Oyster Bay, Northport Harbor, Southern Connecticut, Sandy Hook and picturesque Port Jefferson.
CIYC boasts a large and active contingent of cruisers of all types-from committed day sailors to weekend cruisers to serious
long-range passage makers, and each summer we try to schedule events to reflect this diversity. Regardless of one's goal or
experience, we invite all sailors to share in the advantages of safety, discovering new places, and the collective knowledge
and camaraderie of CIYC cruising.

| Memorial Day Weekend |
3 Day Cruise – Departing Saturday for Stamford Yacht Club, then over to Northport Bay
for Sunday and Monday. A raft-up is planned on Monday. Come for any part or the whole trip. |

| Friday, June 29th to July 8th |
Nine day cruise – and change of first stop: We're heading directly to Newport, RI to catch the
America's Cup World Series Finals. The AC Finals run from Tuesday, June 26 through Sunday, July 1, when both the event and
season champion will be crowned. This could be a once in a lifetime opportunity to see these AC speedsters in action. Depart Monday
after the races for places like Cuttyhunk, Martha's Vineyard, and make our way west to stops like Fishers' Island and other favorite
ports. |

| Saturday, July 28th to 29th:
| Second Annual Paul R. Badome Memorial Cruise – Open to all friends and fans of Paul's, and a return to one of his favorite harbors. Depart CIYC for Cold Spring
Harbor on Saturday morning, then over to Oyster Bay Harbor Sunday. Raft-ups, kayak/dinghy touring, food and fun plans – Anchoring or
mooring available.
